“Het is altijd een plezier om Martijn te ontmoeten. Met zijn ideeën over “waardebepaling achteraf” boeit en prikkelt hij mij eindeloos. Wat mij inspireert, is de waarden die erachter schuil gaan. Het kan alleen werken als je echt toegevoegde waarde wil hebben voor je klant. Ook is nodig een goed gevoel van eigenwaarde en de voortdurende keuze om alleen te werken met mensen in wie je vertrouwen hebt, “die je lief vindt”. Zo wil ik ook graag leven en werken.
